I Have my watch in green strap sport model. Can i change the strap to other color?
You have the ability to purchase another strap, if that is what you are asking. Exchange is not possible.

Yes you can put any of the Apple bands on your watch provided you buy 38mm for 38mm watch or 42mm for 42mm watch or there are many many third party straps/bands available from amazon / ebay and other online retailers.
